1. General By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. World Minerals and Metals (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. RFQ & Trading Process All enquiries submitted via this platform are non-binding requests for quotation (RFQ). No transaction is concluded until a signed Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) has been executed by both parties and independent third-party inspection has been completed and accepted.

3. Pricing All prices quoted are indicative only and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed only within a signed SPA.

4. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
