Refund & Returns Policy

World Minerals and Metals (Pty) Ltd

All transactions conducted through World Minerals and Metals are subject to a signed Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) between the buyer and seller prior to finalisation.

No Refund Policy Due to the nature of bulk commodity trading, all sales are final and non-refundable once a Sales Purchase Agreement has been executed and independent third-party inspection has been completed and accepted by both parties.

Disputes Any disputes regarding quantity, quality, or delivery must be raised in writing within 7 business days of delivery and will be handled in accordance with the terms set out in the signed SPA.
