How the desk works

RFQ or offer → evaluation → term sheet → SPA → inspection and shipping docs → LC or TT.

  1. RFQ or Offer submitted — Buyer submits a complete brief or seller submits an offer with assay and proof of cargo.
  2. Evaluation — The desk reviews within two working days. Incomplete submissions are not progressed.
  3. Term Sheet — If we can cover it, a written term sheet is issued. No verbal commitments.
  4. SPA — Sale and Purchase Agreement signed by both principals.
  5. Inspection & Shipping Docs — SGS or Intertek inspection. Full shipping documentation prepared.
  6. Payment — LC at sight or TT against documents. Payment terms agreed in the SPA.
