How It Works

How a transaction works

We are a principal desk. Every transaction follows the same sequence. There are no shortcuts and no verbal commitments.

For buyers

  1. Submit a complete RFQ — Commodity, grade, quantity (MT), destination port, Incoterm, payment instrument (LC / TT), delivery window, company name and jurisdiction.
  2. Evaluation — The desk reviews within two working days. Incomplete submissions are not progressed.
  3. Term Sheet — If we can cover the lot, a written term sheet is issued. No verbal pricing.
  4. SPA — Sales and Purchase Agreement signed by both principals.
  5. Inspection & shipping documents — SGS or Intertek inspection at loading port. Full documentation package issued.
  6. Settlement — Irrevocable LC at sight or TT against shipping documents, as agreed in the SPA.

For sellers

  1. Submit a verifiable offer — Commodity, grade, quantity (MT), origin, loading port, Incoterm, target payment terms, and a recent assay or SGS report.
  2. Evaluation — Offers without proof of cargo or a current spec are not progressed.
  3. Counter or acceptance — Written response within two working days.
  4. SPA — Sales and Purchase Agreement signed by both principals.
  5. Inspection & shipping documents — Independent inspection arranged at loading port.
  6. Settlement — Payment as per agreed terms in the SPA.
